MCI Athletes of the Year please come to Athletics Night for a picture at 7:15pm on Wednesday, May 11th (in the gym).
Come re-live some of the glory – or at least some of the memories!
Basketball and Volleyball tournaments will be set up to run throughout the evening, so sign up for one or both. Be prepared to battle against other decades for, you guessed it – bragging rights.
Martingrove’s current Bears Athletic Council looks forward to hosting you this evening, complete with door prizes, snack bar and Martingrove’s current Cheer Squad! Don’t miss this event!
Please note we are accepting registrations on a first come first served basis and space is limited so register soon to avoid missing out!
We are in need of volunteers…
To act as Score Keepers, Linesmen and Referees. Please let us know if you are interested in helping out.
The cost of this event is a $5 cover for the evening.
Basketball and volleyball games will run all night. Teams will be co-ed and mixed decades. Throughout the evening we will look for opportunities to provide more competitive or recreational games as needed. Basically come prepared to play and have fun!
Sign up for a one hour block based on when you plan to arrive. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the time block, but you are welcome to stay longer! MCI’s Cheer Squad will be on-hand to kick off the evening and to perform between playing blocks. Go Bears!
Yoga will be held in the cafeteria from 6:30-7:30
This will be a one hour intermediate class (no need to be proficient) taught by alumna Andrea Aymer.
Andrea is a yoga teacher, health coach, body empowerment specialist, entrepreneur and MCI Alum.
She works with fierce Alpha-females in her coaching practice, InnerBling to create heartfelt connection in all areas of their lives, hold the woo, hold the fluff.
Her no nonsense approach to health and nutrition empowers her clients to take ownership and responsibility for their own health, without apologies.
Andrea also works with young women to create their own healthy blueprint starting with simple healthy habits, so they can evolve into fiercely nourished women.
